Faces of Flourish: What They Did Next

An interview with filmmaker and Flourish in Diversity mentee, Cody O' Connor, exploring her journey in the creative industry so far.

Built during my time in San Francisco by myself and some of the children I cared for in my neighbourhood.
It sat at the intersection between 18th street and Missouri. Its decorations were inspired by the colourful Victorian houses of the city. Each child decorated a popsicle-stick window, embelleshed inside with glow-in-the-dark stars for an extra touch of whimsy.
Last I heard, the library had toppled during a storm, and so the owners of a nearby store took the library part and nailed it to their wall. That news made me smile.
